The design will have to be simple, yet recognisable. Within a business the cost of printing the chosen logo would also be put into consideration. A brightly coloured logo would obviously cost more to print than a simple black and white outline.

I don't want to use an extremely outgoing font, although I may experiment with them but as it stands I will be sticking to the use of simple fonts such as Arial as its widely recognisable and used across the website massively.
